The Sony WF-SP800N is a decent choice for those looking for workout earbuds that can also suit as well as home office headphones. The earbuds are from Sony’s midrange classed products, so they don’t, unfortunately, have a QN1E chipset that makes the WF-1000XM3 noise cancellation so impenetrable. The sound isn’t as rich and informative, and it’s bigger than I want for the workout-exclusive buds.
But hey, they still got noise cancelling which is one of the most desired features in sound wearables these days. They also boast an automatic ambient sound adjustment which helps you notice your surroundings (coming car, bicycle bell..) while running outside.

Although fast snare drums or high-pitched guitar might not sound as the best, pumping bass can certainly be heard in good quality. The earbuds feel secure and comfortable with a very long battery life.

The earbuds are however very comfortable, boasting stellar audio and call quality
